Was there yesterday for a few hours... lots of ice South of causeway. Avoid any areas with current and there was some weak ice at shore around Tindle Bay. Pretty windy and cold.

Anyone know if the ice is safe just south of the causeway at Telford Bay? I drove by this morning and no one was out there. The shoreline looked a bit thin too.

I was on the North end yesterday. It was cold and windy but the bite was on. Perch only no other species caught except for one single bluegill. Landed some real nice perch in the 10 inch range. The ice was a solid 15 inches where we were fishing. Only saw one other hut out there.

Out today with the boys. Horseshoe Island area had about 14 inches or so of ice.
