Was thinking about a trip out to Moira lake since it was a lake I fished when I was a kid don't remember what I got out of it what's every one got from there and has anyone been there lately? Tight lines

I use the Fish On-Line tool the government has on the Internet to find fish species, stocking info and last confirmed catch of fish by the ministry. Here is what I found for Moira Lake in the pic attached. my father ice fished there with my grandpa when he was young as well. I hear it is a good lake.

Moira has been pretty good for some smaller pics and some good perch. Nothing huge except the 15lb pike I got the other day. Best time most days has been between 3-6pm. Good luck

That's a nice pikey well I know iv never pulled something that big out of there when I was a kid lol I haven't been up that ways in like 18years plus could you give me a PM with more information Thanks Dan-o Tight lines

Just take hwy 7 and go south on hwy 62. Go through the town of Madoc and continue south for a few and you will see a little parking lot at the launch on your right. Good luck
