Rice Lake Ice

Hey guys,

How is the ice and fishing just in front of Rhino's. Be my first time fishing there but do not know the lake well enough to know the conditions. Was hoping to go out tomorrow and try for some crappie.

I was there a week ago and there was a foot of ice. With the cold weather we've been getting I assume it's closer to 15" now. The fishing was pretty good but they were being Finicky.

I noticed that the visibility seemed to get worse last few weeks not sure why helps a lot more when you can see them good luck !

You'll see the little town of huts at Bewdley. Not a far walk and generally you can catch some decent perch and crappie if you put some time in. Lots of ice. I decided to drive onto Chemong tonight and I was really glad I did. Crap weather, so just threw everything into the truck and drove off. Fishing was poor, few small perch, which I released.
