Hi yes I know it's only March and I haven't even started the gold pike tourney thread yet but I've got a lot of planning to do and so getting started now.
Although there are some talks for making some slight changes to the tourney this year the main premise is still the same and that is we vote in the top 3 lakes from a list of 10 and then take the top 3 and vote again and the winner determines where the tournament is held. It is never on the same lake twice and so sturgeon, weslemkoon and pigeon are out for ever.
Here is the list of this year's top 10. Yes you and your partner can both vote but other than that I just ask that only those who plan on potentially making it vote to be fair to the competitors. (This is why I'm not doing a poll vote) Also the tourney will likely be held saturday sept 30th but could also be earlier like sept 16 or 23rd also if it's a 2 day it would be both the sat and sun.
The voting will stop next Sunday at midnight.
Thanks.

So funny that last year rice lake was in a tie for 1st with pigeon and this year not one vote so far. Must have been a tough year for everyone on rice last year? Lol
