So I am going bass fishing tomorrow. What lake in kawartha is everyone going too so I know to go to another lake? LOL Last time I tried to go bass fishing there was a tournament and It was a mess all day I couldn't stay fishing in one spot bass boats kept flying by all day and I was bobbing up and down constantly. Had a headache by the end of the day and only caught 1 bass a small 12inch one. LOL If someone can PM me a quieter lake for tomorrow in Kawartha to fish for bass with no tournament on it that would be great. Please and thank-you! or I will just go to Scugog as planned.

There's a tournament on Scugog as well Who knows whether or not any of these tournaments will get cancelled though, supposed to be a good chance of strong thunderstorms. What you described sounds like Scugog a couple years agom me and my buddy fished for 12 hours, I got skunked and he got 1 small bass. I usually do well on Scugog but I'll never go there on opener again.

I think Scugog might be hosting a charity event.

2 tourneys on Tr-Lakes tomorrow. Should be 100 + boats between the 2 events.

Besides that, most other lakes will be busy anyways with the warm weather and the fact bass is open now. Best to go north if you want peace.

Yeah there's a charity event on Scugog. 71 teams are registered.

I say if you can't beat em join em.

Pick the busiest lake (which likely is the tri lakes) and join a tourney lol
All lakes will be busy, might as well try to make some money lol

Or you can go to Sturgeon and sting all of Matt's fish for the GoldBass tourney on Sunday

Lol.

I won't need the help.
That lake hates me. even I got skunked on that lake and i never get skunked. That was the only time ive been on the lake and so it has a 0% liking in my books and everythimg @riverrat said about it is true lol.
As it stands now I believe that that devil of a lake is just a pond with no fish.

Hopefully on sunday I can find the 5 fish that snuck in over the locks

Was planning on going to weslemkoon but partner tells me he can't go tomorrow despite us talking about it it non stop for 10 hours at work today. In the hour he's been home he's only talked to me and his wife and I sure as hell didn't tell him not to go fishing.

Wives are the killers of fishing trips. Murderers of all things men enjoy. The only time my wife smiles is when she kills another fishing trip for me. But i told her this is only once a year! so i got a hall pass for tomorrow.
