> First bass outing of the year

After having to work on opening weekend I got a chance to finally get out and target bass yesterday. Decided to chase largemouth in the slop using top water frogs and my first blow up of the year was a nice 3 pounder, caught a few fish flipping as well overall caught a dozen bass and a few little muskies wanted to bite ad well made for a fun day

Very nice fish.
They're still a bit skinny from the spawn. Few more weeks those girls should fatten up nicely

Looks like a beauty first day! I'm hoping my opener here in 15 is as good to me this Saturday. Nothing beats a couple fistfuls of largies
