That time of year is approaching yet again. Anybody out throwing spoons on the shorelines yet? I had some good luck last fall, hoping to take advantage when the fish start moving in shallow!

Anyone have any luck yet, or do you think it's still too early?

They're definitely out there. Went last nite with a few friends and we went 6-10. Cleos and moonshines accounted for most but buddy got a couple on the johnson spoon. Much cheaper too im gonna pick up a couple.

I got all my gear set up last night, going to head down to the shoreline (hopefully) tonight, if not the next couple of days. It's been tough getting out this year with a newborn and a 2 year old, but my old lady is pretty spectacular and let's me out more often than not Keep those reels screaming boys!
