Was out on Saturday flopping docks. Got a few bass until we got to this one dock. The cottage owner was annoyed that we were there yelling that we would damage the water pipe that is submerged. We were past the dock and he was still yelling and then he takes his jetski and goes around our boat causing wakes. He only stopped after I took a video of him and told him that I'd post it online. Most of the cottagers were actually quite friendly saying hi and waving.

There's one dock on Pigeon that I always flip, not because it holds fish but because it pisses the owners off so much.
Unfortunately some people feel they own the water, the flip side is that some people damage their property. Don't leave hooks behind, don't flip close to boats, and other things that can be damaged if you don't have the ability to do so without hitting said objects. It's a two way street, we anglers need to be responsible and set a good example.

You need to get a copy of that video to the OPP. A-holes like that won't stop and will just do it to the next guy. He could lose his car license for careless driving (and in my opinion deserves to).

Some cottage owners are aholes, some fishermen are aholes. When you get these 2 aholes together it is nothing but a shitshow. Moral of the story dont be an ahole.

To each his own but recklessly endangering people is not okay, no matter the perceived offense. I agree that fisherman should be respectful, but if they're not, thats not license to run rings around them in a seadoo. If someone did that to me on my kayak, the OPP is coming to have a chat with us.

I had the chance to witness one of the encounters when I fished with sabby last year. We were quite a distance from the said dock and the gentleman came out screaming his lungs out. As we got closer, we got a taste of the Mrs. sweet tongue. Then a chorus followed. I felt sorry for them. Wasting so much energy for nothing...
