ya thats the one thanks shart was getting crazy lol looks easy to make and parts on line would be under 100$ has one done somthing like this ? thanks g

Not personally, but there were a couple home made units a year or so ago seemed to work alright. I guess if you're a bit of an electronics wizard and some spare cash you can hatch something.

I don't know why you got that alert, I also use Cogeco and it's not giving me any alerts. After all it's just a YouTube video. At any rate this guy made a video of him catching fish with his DIY camera. the picture looks a little grainy but he does get some nice fish. I built my first in 2010 and my second in 2011. The second one I am still using today. The second version was more expensive because I used a much better sensor that was able to work well in over 100ft depths without extra light. Since 2011, that sensor dropped in price a lot on eBay.

I use a stripe of lead around the pipe, attached with rubber bands for easy adjustment. I move it back-forth when I want to point the camera up, or down. Sometimes, in deep water I want to keep the camera high in the water and just point it down.
Also, there is not too much air left inside, because I filled mine with few desiccant bags and epoxy. The desiccant will help prevent the condensation / fogging.
Below is a picture of my second camera, using a very good camera sensor, Lexan instead of glass in front of it and good quality marine epoxy for sealing.
