If anyone is willing to offer some advice it would be appreciated. I'll be fishing erie for the first time next week and I've got some ideas from looking at the navionics map. I will be sticking to the east end, from the look of things I'll probably try the states side. Feel free to pm me if you are willing to share any advice. Thank you.

I am thinking that I should be fishing deep right now(40ft range), and I'm going to try heavy tubes and drop shot. I have some questions about a couple spots on the map and I'm wondering if someone would be willing to help me narrow down which would be better this time of year.

I fish that area a lot some weeks 2-3 times last week I was getting fish in 15-22 feet but dont forget the fish move day to day and sometimes hour to hour dont get stuck at one depth move around . The baits you were going to use are great but if you find some fish shallow try a jerkbait the bass are starting to put on a feed bag . Once the water temp gets down to about 55 try 3/4 ounce jigging spoons . Try windmill point as a starting point and move closer to the river mouth as the day goes on. Good luck

Erie has been on fire this year with most people limiting out frequently.

I'll probably try the states side.

It would be prudent to research the laws while fishing in US waters.
