Any Upper Niagara Updates

Any one been out on the upper niagara lately?
Wondering what the bites been like?

I haven't been out in a few weeks. I've only tried for musky a couple times this year, but had no luck. Had some followers, but no commitment. Caught a couple large mouths, but nothing to sing about.

Heading out again on Thursday for another shot, I'll post a report if we get into anything

I was told the fall is suppose to be good for walleye, not far in from the mouth of the lake?

Spent all Saturday and Sunday running 2 Bass tournaments on the Upper Niagara and Erie. It was terrible to say the least. Not even 25% of the boats weighed in a 5 fish limit. Super tough fishing but of course that’s all artificials. Bait chuckers may do much better.

Heading out on Wednesday for what could be my last shot at a Musky this season. Anybody been out lately? How's the bite in general with all the rain and the cold front? Anybody still smashin bass, or walleye, or better yet musky?

Been a slow go for me on 4 trips to the upper this year.

Did really good today for bass on erie close to the mouth of the river .

Went to the Upper this morning, and had another super slow day. My buddy managed to hook into a little guy on the Bondy, but that was the only action happening. We decided to head to Port Dalhousie for the last hour, and I managed to hook into my 2nd ever Pike jiggin the rippin rap. Just a little one, but my new PB lol (I'm still pretty new to this whole fishing game)

Could be the end to my disaster of a first musky season, but I learned a ton of new knowledge to put into use next year. Fingers crossed I'll get one more shot, but kids work and weather might have something else to day about that.
