Hello again my board friends!
Teamed up again today with Fellow board member ZuperAlexu. (Alex).
With nice days far and few between at this point in November,Rain,wind,snow,hail or otherwise was not going to get in our way of the hunt for the elusive 3lb. CRAPPIE!!
Alex and i must have been blessed by the weather gods and the fish gods, as we managed to elude the 80 % chance of rain along with the heavy winds forecast.
The fishing was rather slow early but picked up rather abruptly as afternoon approached.We worked various coloured tube jigs in 18-30 fow and landed approximately 150 crappies combined along with a bluegill and a decent little pike as bonus fish! The lunker of the day being a 1.65 pound Crappie.At days end we combined for 50 Take me home and eat me Crappie.YUM!
