I am trying to buy new runners for the bottom of my ice fishing sleigh as there worn down. I know there is a replacement kit you can buy but I can not find them anywhere. Has anybody by chance seen these in store? I have checked most outdoor stores and online.

My friend used white plastic piping. Cuts it in half and then flattens them out with heat gun or any type of heat... Works great he says. When they ware out he just puts new ones on... Good luck..

In the past I've used old cross country ski's cut to fit the tub.The ski's can usually be found cheap at garage sales and sometimes just thrown in the trash. Put a wood slat inside the voids of the tub and screw the ski's thru the tub and into the slats.
