might want to consider making it wider, having space for the pop up beside the sled (and maybe auger laying on top of it) makes it ALOT easier to pack IMO.

adding eye bolts for bungies is helpful as well.
It's not finished yet but for making it wider theres no need because everything fits in the plastic sled and will have more then enough room for mechanical auger if I get one.. The jet sled XL dimensions are 66" x31" x12" so there is quite a bit of room... Actually some have told me it's too big..lol

I know it will fit but personally i find it much easier because the hut is too big to fit "in" the sled it ends up on top of everything, same with the auger since nothing is gonna be able to stack ontop of it.
This way when you are walking out and want to drill a hole, drop down the sonar and fish it for a few mins to see if there are fish, you don't have to unpack your whole sled to get to your stuff, then pack it back up again. Just my experience.
