Writing because Backwoodsmanbob and Bayliner who are admins replied here.

For some reason I cannot send PMs and emails. When I try I get "You are not allowed to use the messenger feature on this board".

Is there a way to be allowed?

I see you have 6 posts so far. I'd think there is a minimum number of posts required before you are automatically qualified to send a PM, but this is just my wild guess;-)
