Screw the ply wood. Build a frame and fasten coraplast to it. Lighter cheaper and never rots. Easy to collapse if you build it right.

I like to build 3ft. x 5ft solid huts & leave them on the ice. They are great to warm up in & the women & kids like to use them for a bathroom. 5 gallon pail, a toilet seat & a green heavy duty garbage bag & they are all set. I even have a small portable propane heater. If you hide them in the bush & they are not solid & tight everything from mice, red squirrels & bears will break in. I have used chipboard in the past & covered it with aluminum but the chipboard acts like a sponge & never dries out. I even have a couple in the bush for hunting.

Sounds like an outhouse to me.

Buy 1/2” and split in two. Then you have good 1 side for 1/2 the price?
Won’t take much labor

Look into 1/4" mahogany underlay. Comes in 4' x 8' sheets. All plywood is expensive right now due to the hurricanes down south. Bought some 7/16" osb for a small project and it is almost double the normal price.
