I have 3. A lowrance 83-200, Airmar 50-200, lowrance 83-200 totalscan. They are not all connected at the time. I also am running two separate units. As long as they are on different frequencies it’s ok.

Thanks skippersam. So as long as they are on different frequency their fine. Doesn’t matter about location of transducers ( both at back). Side imageing etc ? I plan on in spring to mount the units this way. Lowrance Elite 5 at back of boat. Hummingbird Helix 7 front of boat with both trans at rear

I have a Helix 5si on the bow ( transducer mounted on trolling motor) and a Helix 9si at the wheel, and no problems running them both at the same time. Of course if it’s a big problem you should be able to turn one off or at least turn the sonar off, shouldn’t need both running if your at one end of the boat and can’t see the other one anyway.

Thanks for all your comments. A’S I’m not up on this electronic stuff. Is it best to have trans on trolling motor because of Side imaging. If it was mounted at stern , would the motor interfere with the SI feature ? Also. Do you still have GPS when trolling motor with trans on it is out of water ( I know probably a dumb question) Thanks

Look into net working the units so you can share all the options including mapping. As far as side imaging goes you should,t have a problem getting good clearance with some miner adjustments.
