Adult Trout Group: Members Posts: 209 Member No.: 2952 Joined: January 16, 2013	Hello. Looking to buy a new fish finder for Xmas. Have a Lowrance Elite 5 now Any suggestions on a new one I know their all different types Want something with a bigger screen / side image etc. Thank you

Was thinking of the Humminbird Helix 7 with Chirp, side imaging GPS G2N and Navionics +. It seems to be the best bang for the buck. Been searching them out for a few weeks reading everything and all the feedbacks I could find. Maybe we could get a couple or if anyone else wants to jump in a group deal.

Im looking for something i can use soft and hard water and i think the 5 and 7 are the bomb. I will check Radioworld and Basspro Monday or Tuesday to see what they can do.

Trophy Trout Group: Members Posts: 640 Member No.: 4287 Joined: May 29, 2013	Check out the lowrance elite 7ti with totalscan. It's pretty decent, and is a touch screen unit. I've been running it side by side with my raymarine all season and it's done all that I could ask of it.
