Sorry to hear it didnt work out,, I was hoping to hear that it was success as Ive been thinking of studding my boots as well.

Maybe a different type of construction adhesive might do a better job at holding.

Im assuming that the heads of the screws get lodged between the lugs of the sole.

Maybe a Flexable type of silcone based construction adhesive might be worthwhile looking into. ???
