I lost mine which I purchased from LeBaron and are not in business any more so I went to Canadian tire but they couldn't find any record of me in system and said you need to go to original store for replacement.
but I heard that if you go to Ontario service center where do fishing licence the might be able to find the record. I end up to buy it again.

I could be wrong but this was my case.

in november i had thought I lost my license, I contact mnr, get my outdoors card #, and head to the tackle shop. give them my details and pay them a small fee i recall.

couple days later i get the license in the mail

then a couple days later i found my old license....

having 2 cards is great though. 1 cards always stays with my fishing gear, or with my car, and if I forget my license in my wallet, I have a fall back option
