maybe the hut was on shore? and they casted out lines??

maybe you mistake a boat or hover craft or UFO for a hut??

aliens love to ice fish as well, but i cant see human fishing on ice right now, it is illogical.

I remember this movie from the 70's. It was called Death Wish. Sounds fitting

Saw the picks on FB, not only was there a hut, there was ANOTHER person with a FIRE on the ice. How he didn't melt all the ice out from under him IDK.

I have pics of them out there you can also see the transition in the ice right behind them . The ice behind them is thinner I was out 20 ft yesterday chipping around they know what there doing . Play safe there is only a dusting of snow so it won't take that much longer. If I didn't have plans tomorrow morning I would also be out checking for a fish. I'll hopefully be out Monday.

Play safe everyone remember to check your steps and know the ice. I'm sure we will have better reports after the weekend . If all is well maybe some operators could be out next weekend .

me and a buddy were the ones in the hut, we only made it to 5-6 feet of water (100m) and took us 30 min to chip and test our way out there to be absolutely safe, there is some real sketchy ice there, we chipped a 6"x6" hole and there was 5 on one side and less than 3 on the other, most of the ice is pack ice with LOTS of slush underneath, they guy with "the fire" had a turkey cooker and was fishing with worms and a 7 foot baitcaster lol. we both managed a few small ones to my surprise but i would hold off for a bit especially if we get any significant snow.
