After checking ice reports we decide to head out to potters.Had reports 4-5"of good ice.Found about 6-7"Inch the area we fished.Had some small dinks and jumbos .....THEN BANG..Big eye smashes my GF Bait...Tangles all are lines..She fights it like a champ lands her first ice eye!

Nice Fish ! This cannot be on Lake Simcoe? Although, I'm aware the eyes do lurk in the lake.
