Good evening members,

I put in a fair amount of cash into the setup for this year already
Now for the last component of all of this.

Looking at an under water camera.

Don't want to waste time at one hole without getting any action. Decided to invest in an under water camera.

I was looking at this one at Amazon:

Eyoyo portable 9inch lcd monitor fish finder HAD 1000TVL.

Any experience with this?
Any others to recommend?

I boght the Marcum recon 5 a couple weeks ago. Got a great deal on it. Cant wait to try it out. The picture quality is excellent above water. Can't wait to see how it is underwater.

Bought the LX9 last year, the video quality under water is as good as it is up top, bear in mind quality has a lot to do with water quality. Simcoe usually clear enough for a decent picture.

Unless you really want a large screen, I'm going for this one after the mad shipping season slows down. Eyoyo 4.3", 100 foot cable.

I have a aquavu cause I thought like you “this would be great”. Unless it is wireless, I would suggest NOT wasting your money unless you HAVE to have one. I rarely get mine out because of the hassle of wire, panning, and just plain old not needing it. I have it for my son cause it’s like a video game for him but Simcoe is SO clear you don’t need one. You can see down 30+ FOW without a camera. And if the water clarity is poor, a lot of cameras pick up small debris in the water and render them useless. So that’s just my 2 pennies anyways. I just drop my ducer down, swing it around, check for HARD bottom or soft weedy bottom based on your return and move on if you don’t like the bottom composition.
