For those that don't know, this property is now under development:

Jackson’s Point Redevelopment Plan - Council has given approval to move forward with the development of a Jackson’s Point Harbourfront Redevelopment Plan. With the change in ownership of the Bonnie Boats property and the desire for enhancements to our beachfront, harbour and park facilities, together with the timing of potential grant funding to assist with the cost of developing the plan, it is optimal timing to undertake this work. The Sutton and Jackson’s Point Secondary Plan envisions that this area will be developed as a mixed density residential community with a waterfront that can be enjoyed by existing and new residents. Council approved retaining a consulting firm to provide the public consultation, technical expertise and develop the Redevelopment Plan for the Jackson’s Point Harbourfront area.
