Haha! That happened to us last year out in the middle of couchiching away from everyone! We just packed up and left, have some sense to anyone that does this!!! I spend gas $ and go fishing to get AWAY from BS for the day!!

LOL!! I had a guy pull up right to my pop up on Simcoe 2 years ago. Thought it was the CO. I get my license ready and come out and he is getting ready to drill a hole. I sure as hell wasn't moving and he didn't want to go either cause apparently that was his spot LOL. Off came the floro leader and on came the Williams and within the first 10 minutes I had a new vibrato to add to my tackle box. He retied probably thinking he lost it on a fish. 5 more minutes I had another one top side. Came out of my hut, showed him my new gifts and the guy lost it. After some peasant words he packed up and took off. Oh man, some people! Good luck to everyone out this ice fishing season and safe travels folks!

Just kidding, I run from the crowds as much as possible. But I wouldn't mind fishing sleeve to sleeve with the white fish guru as I'm yet to catch one

Alex we shall fish! I don't mind fishing side by side with a buddy but if you are literally going to pull up 3 feet away from me in 90ft at least say hello! And i am most certainly in for a splake outing.

I was fishing a smaller lake a couple years ago and the weather turned very bad. I didn't have a shelter with me and I was miserable. I was the only person out that day, so I moved to the only hut in the bay and I used it as a wind break. About 20 minutes after I got set up beside the hut I heard the faint sound of a snowmobile in the distance. I thought with my luck it'll be this guy who owns the hut. Sure enough it was. I thought he'd be mad but he invited me in and we caught a few pike together. He than game me permission to use his hut as long as I looked after it. Good times!

Same thing happened to me a few years ago at Willow beach I had no sled no pop up I USED someones hut to block the wind the owner came by started his stove told me he would be back later just lock up when you leave
