Nice catch randaller , what do you think about the Vibrado's, debating on adding them to my tacklebox? What colour Vibrado did you use?

Love to see someone catch a fat eye outta Simcoe! I have one walleye catch about that size from the lake... nothing more. Well done, and I hope we see more of them in the coming years. Would be great to have another species to target rather than being the odd lucky catch!

Nice catch. I caught my one Simcoe walleye in 1989 (29 inches, 11.75 pounds) and have seen maybe 2-3 caught in the Thorah-Georgina perch grounds.

Great catch! Don't see many of them on Simcoe and most people would keep it. Good to hear it was released but not surprised coming from you. Might hit Huffs this weekend if we get a break in the frigid temperatures but if not, will try somewhere local to us. It's been just over 4 weeks since we put the boat away and that's the last time we fished so getting the itch real bad!
