Just a curiosity, how much for the ticket fine if someone come back to the parking lot later than the time limit in JB at Kbay area? Thanks!
You mean the parking lot by Johnson's Beach? I'd just pay the maximum ($15?) for the whole day (until mid night i think) so there is no worry unless all of a sudden and from middle of no where I on ice decide to sleep or fish overnight:-)

I don’t have a luxury of time to fish all day. I can be allowed to go ice fishing by my second half for few hours only. So how much is the penalty this year?

Let's look at it this way. If you pay by hours, it is $3 per hour, so for 5 hours it is $15 which is the same as you'd pay for the whole day.
I don't know the exact fine this year for over time limit, though several posts above say it is $20.
So again in my book, if say you'd fish for over 3 hours (plus time needed to get to your fishing hole and to return after fishing), then $15 for the whole day might be the best option?
