My buddy and I are looking to get out to the bay for the first time this year. Do you happen to have any info about ice thickness around big bay. Heading out from sprague Rd. Live a couple hours away and taking the quad. The walk is killer and don't want to take a drive to sightsee lol. Thanks

The ice was 9'' thick and lots of bikes and snowmobiles out so I would say you will be ok. The rain and warm weather we have today and tomorrow might hurt it a bit but its going to be really cold tomorrow night so....
