If it keeps getting deleted then I would just leave it alone. I have seen your past vids with the fishing tips and stuff. Those are good and give good info to fellow anglers. R u fishing a sess pool? Looks cool tho

Since this video is taken in another location other than Lake Simcoe you may want to put this on the Great Lakes section. It shouldn't get deleted there. Tight lines and great video.

There is “Lake Simcoe” then there is Great Lakes/whatever else is on top of the board. Apparently Lake Simcoe says no. If u wanna fish weird seemingly no fish spots I wish you lived by me. I do this a lot and I keep my little creek chubs for my winter pike fishing

Lay them chubs put on plastic food rap. Take a knife and make small cuts in the sides, push lightly with a knife or something to get the juices out. Salt heavily sprinkle some coffee grinds thro in freezer till following winter. I haven’t done the coffee grinds yet but I hear it’s a sent for the underwater dwellers

Don’t they get soft and mushy with just salt? I tried years ago to make salted minnow and when thawed they were so soft that I had to toss them. Later i heard that I should have used borax as well, but never tried after.

When I was a kid I did the same kind of fishing. Good on you👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
In the summer try the same thing but slow rolll a Panther Martin spinner is size zero close to bottom and watch the big chub hit. They can get much bigger than you would imagine.

X2 on the panther Martin, don't know about that specific river, but most I've fished hold trout and bass as well, you never know what you'll get into! Oh I almost forgot to mention, another go to was a small black mepps with yellow spots. Tight lines!
