I forgot my gear at the cottage, and of coarse, my trips coming up in two weeks. I did what any of us would do, and instead of stressing out and losing sleep, I chalked it up as an excuse to buy new gear . I've been wanting this scenario for a while now, but would like some reassurance. Grabbed a new Fenwick and an inline reel with a quick release on the spool. I haven't used it yet, but can't see any cons that pop up in my head. I spooled it with 4lb mono, so it'll double for my bluegill itch with a 16' shore dipper crappie killler in the spring, but wondering if anyone has any tips for what they can and can not do. Anyone use the inline's for perch/walters?

Do you find any line twist is gone due to the set up?
