Nice fish man . Few More trips and you will be in top shape. You will have good cardio from the walk out .and good upper body strength from fighting giant fish like that one.

U also reminded me that along with my new drivers license, health card, plate sticker, and emissions coming up in 2 weeks I also need a fishing license.

May sound crazy... but even the healthy gym guys are out of breath when they come back in.....they just hide it better. Lol...nor would admit it. it's all worth the trip.

Great catch!! On the topic of heart attacks, we all may laugh it off but having survived two heart attacks myself, it's no joke. I was 35 and 38 and the second one I was moose hunting 3 hours west of Thunder Bay so needless to say the effort it took to get me to the hospital was a miracle as the Doctor told me I was extremely lucky to be alive. So my advice to everyone is go get a check up. Costs you nothing but it does give you peace of mind. I'm 50 now and just had two friends pass due to heart issues at 50. Men are stubborn as my wife tells me so we ignore the signs. Just my 2 cents for today.
