Hi normally when I fish Simcoe I have stayed at a buddies cottage in Beaverton. He no longer has the cottage so I am looking for some suggestions for a motel. Here is my wishlist:
-access to lake with my 4-wheeler
-food and drinks close by
-bait available
-location does not matter
Any suggestions you may have would be great!
BTW I just got back from Nipissing and the fishing was fantastic 2km off the North bay town shore - big perch and plenty of them.

Bout to have a lot of people recommend casey's and that's because Taj has earned it. Good service and good fishing. If it's slow they don't hesitate to move you to a new hut and they care about the time you have

Inn on the lake motel keswick. Not the nicest place but who gives a s&@$ when your out fishing 90% of the time. It’s cheap, parking is ample and best of all it’s right on the water. Went there with my dad a couple years ago. Super convient for sure

You just got to find your own minnows “Canadian tire 3 min drive” then trek out

Good suggestion. Didn't know the Canadian tire would have minnows. Keswick might be a nice change. Thanks
