Lake Erie, Where to catch walleye

Smolt Trout Group: Members Posts: 136 Member No.: 3284 Joined: January 28, 2013	Just wondering where to ice fish for walleye? Going out from St Williams is too shallow. Just wondering if there is a better access point to get to deeper waters for some walleye in around that area. I’d be coming in to the area from Hwy 24. Any suggestions

Trophy Trout Group: Members Posts: 639 Member No.: 477 Joined: March 03, 2011	In Ontario + Lake Erie + icefishing + walleye = no great places that freeze normally. Lake Erie on the Ontario side generally only gets safe ice in the shallow bays.
