Went out with a buddy today for perch and pike. Not much in the way of perch for me this year it seems but the pike action was great. Iced three nice keepers and unfortunately broke off a few times as well. We weren't really prepared for the pike lol. Left with 3 pike and one nice perch. Anyone else finding it's nothing but dinks out there this year??? We caught lots of them but in my opinion the dinks don't count lol.

Thanks guys, and nice bass! I forgot to mention, we met up with my dad and another buddy out there. We were about 30 feet apart, we saw tons of pike and one bass, they saw loads of bass and had a couple on and only saw 1 pike I think. Very strange. They really seemed to stay on their paths today.

I was out on rice last weekend and got 4 bass all around that size as well. Managed a half dozen jumbos but the bass were scaring off all the panfish

Was out there today with dad .
Early ice we hammerd the jumbos.

Past two outings couldn't keep the gators of the line.

Pic from this morning ...

Past few season there has been a healthy population of pike .

Decent sizes being caught .

Jumbos are being pushed around. Defiantly abundance of pike i been noticing ....
