Went to Sherkston Shores on Tue. to check conditions. 2 guys out about 1/2 mile (30 fow). 1 on a snowmobile , other pulled a pop-up. Seemed like easy walking. Met a guy who fished Crystal Beach the day before. Caught a dozen keepers in 42' about a mile from the ramp. Said he had to use a 10' plank to cross a crack. Don't know how this weather will affect the ice. Hope to find out next week. Will post if I get out. Tight lines and be safe.
