Hey everyone, making the drive up to simcoe from niagara with a hut operator to try our luck with some lake trout. Should we bring some jigging spoons, soft pastics, or just stick to the live bait provided?

Love the forum and all the great info ive learned reading the posts.

I would bring spoons and jigs. Tip spoons with minnow heads and do the same with jigs. Good luck and tight lines hope you have fun.
