We got one in the deadof night in our Nipissing bungalow. That got the gang all wide eyed again! That laker was cleaned and eaten on the ice a few hours later. Best tasting fish ever! Haha. My buddy did an awesome job with it. Not your standard fish fry. Just some simple spices, wrapped in foil and over the heater. I love my fish fries but by this time of year, it’s nice to enjoy fish in a different but still tasty way.
