Anyone have any updates on ice conditions near potters or aikens? Much appreciate any recent info.

I'd imagine you'd be good. Conditions have been ideal for making ice. It's probably growing 1/2 " per day.

With all the snow on top and current below I don't think they are making any ice out that way.
Folks are still spuding out.. Use extra caution..

Yesterday Potters had a good 12' of ice but knee deep snow on it. The guy who runs the huts plowed a "road" to walk across so branching off of that is the easiest way to get out there. Walking through the thick snow would be tough. Bite was super slow except for dink perch.

The weather this weekends really didn't help the fish lots of snow and many storm fronts. This from my experience turns the fish off.
