I was going through my fishing pictures from years past and noticed this pic of a trout I caught in a small stream. I identified it as a speckled trout, but to this day i'm still confused with the coloration and patterns on this fish. Can anyone offer any input?
great looking trout. you can cross a speckle trout with an aurora trout also it happed about 18 years ago in a lake just north of the lady evelyn park .

Great pics! Awesome colours on those "Tigers".. Now i'm iching to try that spot again and see if I can catch more.. It was caught on a trib of the Saugeen River, can't say more.. Only 2 more weeks until trout opener.

Awsome fish ! Know a few creeks up north to catch them ! They do come in good sizes. Always catch and realese them , what's the regs on them ? And limit if they are edable , I'm sure they are ....
