Might be a bit early for this topic. But what are your opinions on them being behind this spring. It was nice today in the kawartha region and is looking like the warmer temps are coming.

Naturally where you are makes a difference but my spot is usually prime end April/Early May. Probably at least a week later this year.

They grow in my yard by the fence line. Still over a foot of snow so I’m saying may long weekend. Yum!

At the trout opener, it was cold and fiddleheads were like 2 weeks behind the schedule.
Two weeks later - it was over.
The first week of May, spoiled my harvest. Everything happeded to fast.
