There should be a parking lot at the end of Gilford Rd. I only fish there in the winter and I end up parking on the road. Sometime I get a ticket but for the most part I am ok. I think there is a pay machine inside the parking lot. Good luck.

The paid parking lot close to end of Gilford Rd (it is not AT end of Gilford Rd). You can pay with credit card, $5/hour or $25 max/day

The public lot is on Shore Acres Dr. There is (or was) limited parking on Gilford Rd. For $25 I'd check with Cooks Bay Marina. Probably save a few bucks.

I think so. Refer to below pic: on the right-hand side (kind of cut off), I believe it is for Cash Payment Instruction:

well, if you think $25 is too much, try the parking lot at Bear Point (also within Township of Innisfil) for $35:-)

Gilford lot is $35.00 a day now. I used it recently. Just a damn rip off especially for a crap launch and a parking lot so far away from the launch. It's good to see the town of Innisville wants to keep away fishing and tourism dollars.

If and when I do use any of those lots again I will not be buying lunch in the area or spending any money anywhere else in town because the meter and gas pumps got it all.

In speaking with the local marina owners I believe the Town is going to improve the launch. It is not an official launch but is going to be changed to one. Doubt they will alter the bottom or shoreline but plans are to add a dock structure.
So I hear.

Very sad when they charge so much to park and launch. The town should really rethink what they are doing.

I have to agree it’s a lot of money for the launch they provide forsure, will prob go back for these fish for a lot less money.
