Lunker Trout Group: Members Posts: 470 Member No.: 341 Joined: February 24, 2011	I am kinda surprised that no one has posted anything about pike and walleye opening tomorrow?? Am I the only one that's going to be out chasing gators tomorrow??

This is the Georgian Bay Lake Huron forum... Season opens for G-bay tomorrow...

My boss was very generous by giving me the day off so I will be launching out of midland and head towards waubaushene....after that I am down my fishing partner at around noon and then I might head back to pen bay to troll for some more pike and maybe try for a walleye or two...gonna be a big day of burning gas lol

Lunker Trout Group: Members Posts: 470 Member No.: 341 Joined: February 24, 2011	Well I just got home and all cleaned up from a big day on the lake. We caught 2 and lost another two and only managed to hit one rock pile Lol Both fish were caught around Victoria harbour in 10 feet of water using rattling raps. We saw quite a few boats out there and after being stopped by the ministry we found out that we were not the only people struggling to find fish!! Infact by having two in the boat we were doing better than average?? And just for you bayliner I burnt a better part of a tank of fuel Anyone else get out today?
