So I got to scratch that itch today. Made an hour and a bit drive north to go after some trout. Ended up getting 6 landed and lost another 3. The size of the fish is not so impressive, lol only a couple slightly bigger than this picture. My buddy did get 2 just under 2 lbs. We fished 80 fow all day did not feel like moving in this cold weather. Glad my season got started early this year.
