It is hit or miss but i have seen it open mostly. I did see a guy there with boat in water and a big pile of gravel blocking launch. That pile was not thete when he launched.
I will try to pass by before the weekend for a look.

My son was there over last weekend and said someone had it blocked for a while with there charger that sank in the muck. Good Luck, apparently its shallow.
