Heading up with the Ice Bungalows provider this coming Friday and staying till Sunday. I'll be sure to post my updates here on the overall fish count and whatever tackle was working for the fish.

fished ice bungalows this weekend in the super huts with 4 guys had a great time. Denis runs a top notch set up. fishing was slow threw every type of lure down the hole I manged 1 bite the whole weekend and caught the only 18.5 inch keeper. the other guys managed about 8 between them with 1 white fish.

couple weeks ago our deadstick minnows didn't get touched.
glowshots and jigging raps tipped, pink and firetiger, took most of our fish. Had to jig aggressively to make them rise, then deadstick the jig when they got close. mind you, we didn't mark much.

Heading up Friday to stay in the ice bungalows, do you know if you were on fresh holes, I know Dennis moves his huts every couple weeks.

not sure if they were fresh holes. alcohol made me forget to ask. I got my only bite and keeper on the old faithful jig head and minnow after trying every lure in my tackle box and having a tip up down all weekend. good luck on your trip.

Thanks GERS FC, hoping to get more than one bite, im realistic in that the fishing has changed since years ago, not so concerned with getting a bunch of keepers, just some action.....
