Looks like a stocked fish, it has a clipped pectoral fin. Most likely an injury to the spine when it was handled while being stocked. If flesh looks normally, I don't see a problem. Any one else think otherwise?

Well.... I have a bunch of friends who would be willing to consume your white fish and see just what effects it will have on them!
Last year, my buddies caught some white fish and after it was iced, it’s back started to arch. As far as I know, they consumed it and I don’t believe anything happened to them health-wise because they are all ice fishing this year!
