Parr Trout Group: Members Posts: 53 Member No.: 14934 Joined: December 27, 2017	Piggybacking on this. I've always wanted to fish Quinte, just don't know where to park/access the ice. I want to go there with my parents, who can't really walk far and we aren't sure of the places on the ice to avoid.

My girlfriend and I are planning on going the long weekend in February for the first time. Are there certain tactics that work for Walleye there? It's a new area and new species for me. Doing a weekend trip of wineries and fishing

Minnows and jigging.... have to jig for them... I'd recommend going to Pro Tackle (Belleville) for your minnows and info on what to use..... They have a great selection..... if your coming from the other way then the Bay Quntie Bait N Tackle.....

What works for one doesn't always work for the other.....

There are also some hut operators on thebay that can put you on fish and in warm huts!!
