Maybe it’s the camera angle but a lot of those look really tiny, are fish like that worth keeping??

And sometimes people can't be bother with cleaning so many smaller perch or aren't skilled enough to get enough meat off of them. If you are good, smaller perch are more than fine to eat. If more people kept smaller ones, we would have more larger ones in the lake? Also depends on how you clean them: filleted or just head removed, gutted and skinned (also excellent way to clean them).
Either way, we are very spoiled by this amazing lake.

The spines dusted with flour and fried are great with the 8 to 10 inchers.

Boy, his GF and I out yesterday got 20 from 7.5 to 10". Wife joined in on the eats, we had more then we could comfortably eat for supper. I filleted them all, this is the size I keep and enjoy. You guys on simcoe can have all those big ones.

Nice catch
