World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 1703 Member No.: 2858 Joined: January 14, 2013	@YRP Police, fire and EMS responded to Lake Simcoe for a report that people or ice huts had fallen through the ice. At this stage we have found no one in distress and no signs that anything like this has occurred. We continue to check the area with Air2 and resources on the ground.

They must have been dragging the hut off ? Ice was still solid and locked up tight on monday . Had to have happened at the crack

Better safe then sorry but some off the 911 calls they get are to the point the caller should be questioned sometimes. Maybe they have never seen a 2 ton vehicle drive on 30 inches of ice before and just assumed it was going down!
