Was watching some of my Youtube Video's yesterday and getting excited about Zone 16 & 17 Opener. Zone 17 is great, but my best spots for big fish have been in 15 and 16.
Here is a video from a few days after opener last year in Zone 15.

Nice video. Nothing like pike fishing out of a kayak. I had a 36incher laying the bottom of my sit in while looking for my pliers and it did an end for end flip. That Rapala looked huge as it went past my chin and back down between the legs. They don't come in the kayak anymore. Either on the stringer then remove hooks or release in the water
